Message from Mrs Gavin - Tuesday, 5th January 2021

Good Morning,

As promised, click here to download the form that you will need to complete to request a Key Worker/Vulnerable child place in school. Please note that this is a request. Completing the form does not mean that you have been allocated a place. As the letter says, please only request a place if you have no other solution.

We will only have limited spaces in order to meet the lock down numbers and criteria, so may not be able to offer places to all those who request them. If this is the case, we will work through a prioritisation system based on the information we are given.

Please complete the form carefully, adding all relevant information. Then return the form by email to the school email address: info@lfpa.org.uk by 3pm today (Tuesday, 5th January). Please ensure that you also attach your Key Worker evidence to the email. This can be a photograph or document. If you are unable to do this online, you can ring the office and request a hard copy of the form.

I understand that this is a short time frame, but I need to be able to work through the requests, prioritise them and allocate places so that parents are informed today and bubbles can be created. Any requests that are submitted after this deadline will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

In the first instance, Breakfast Club will not be able to run this week. Once I have all the necessary information regarding staffing and requests, I will evaluate whether this provision can be offered from next week.

I understand that this causes issues for some people, but my priority is to ensure that all provision offered is safe for both staff and pupils.

Regards,

Mrs Gavin
